On many requests :-) , here the detailed Specs to my customized Version of an SD2IEC for the flat Case of an C64-C.

SD Card Socket (3M SD-RSMT-2-MQ)
Card-Edge-Connector 2x6 (Edac 305-012-500-202)
DIN Plug with 6 Pins (DIN 45322)

Voltage Regulator 3.3 Volt
Red + Green LED
Resistors and Capacitors

A Printed Circuit Board (PCB) need to be etched and drilled and you need a Programmer for the ATmega644 Chip !

Flashed with "sd2iec-0.10.2-sw2-m644p.bin" out of "sd2iec-0.10.2-binaries.zip" from www.sd2iec.de
Be warned: It's experimental, so I soldered short(!) Wires on the Testpoints for flashing !
